One important part in the E-learning distant education is the appropriate concept and design of the courses, Innova 5 has an instructional model that allow teachers and instructors  to plan a lesson correctly by setting up its objectives with the necessary teaching process to reach them, through a design based in learning objects and supported by multimedia material, as well as the learning activities, exercises, situations, discussion forum, recommended readings, links to sites of interest with up dated information, shared experiences with a community, and the tools so the student can follow his monitored advance by his advisor (evaluation).

OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE:

1. That the person participating in it knows the fundamental characteristics, challenges, advantages and limitations of the distant education through the E-learning model.
2. The person participating will acquire the knowledge regarded to the pedagogic and didactic basis as well as a specific instructional model applicable to the creation of courses for the E-learning platform.
3. The person participating will know and learn to use different technologic and support tools for the design and creation of didactic material (web cameras, the management of systems to understand, be informed, etc) as well as the use of simulators ( problem generators, references to products in virtual laboratories among others).
4. The person participating will acquire the necessary competences to generate his own courses and to successfully participate in the E-learning processes.
5. The people participating will be included in the data base to participate within the Innova 5 academic community to complete their learning process and to share experiences, and up dated information about the topic, with colleagues of all over the world.

ORIENTED TO: the course is oriented to teachers and instructors, or to people involve in the education and training who want to learn about the E-learning concepts and methodology, it includes practical aspects, the more you advance in the program, the more the participant will be developing his own course (on a topic of his choice) to get a concrete application of the acquired knowledge. The learning approach is used not only in the Innova 5 Platform due because the acquired competences are of general use.  

REQUIREMENTS: It is convenient for the participant to be a teacher currently living lessons or with a previous experience, to have basic knowledge on the management of Internet and in the design of study programs. (Planning, pensum, contents).
